Based in Hampshire on a shared former military site, AIB operates a 24 hour control room covering all aspects of our operations. The Control Room is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure the highest levels of protection for your assets and provide a welfare overview for remote or lone working and mobile staff.

With experienced operators and an established protocol for escalation of out-of-hours incidents, AIB can offer a truly exceptional level of protection around the clock.

With all staff details available to the controllers, AIB can offer an emergency response to unexpected threats, dispatching staff throughout the night at as little as an hour’s notice.

At AIB we have a number of highly experienced Control Room operators available to oversee your event. Whether you require a team of three overseeing everything from security to medical and traffic management, supported by fully accredited CCTV operators, we can meet your requirements.

AIB has provided Control Room coverage for a range of events in recent months, from weekend music festivals featuring artists as diverse as the Jools Holland Orchestra and Chase & Status to responsibility for the 60,000 plus Reggaeland festival and Yungblud Festival. With experience working in a multi-agency environment, operators have extensive experience working alongside Police, Fire, Ambulance and Licensing officers.

With the flexibility to operate as part of a full management suite, or as an independently positioned solution, we support event managers and organisers in person or via radio communication and can provide a “call by call” logging system throughout your event.
